About Us
At We-Learn, we are dedicated to nurturing creativity and helping students achieve their artistic and academic goals. With years of experience in portfolio building, we specialize in assisting students with their IB, AS, and A2 Level portfolios, as well as guiding those applying to art colleges and universities. We focus on helping students develop strong, personal portfolios that highlight their unique artistic style, technical skills, and passion.
We use student profiling, mind mapping, theme ideation, curation rationale, exploration, and execution to guide students through the creative process, ensuring that each project is thoughtfully developed and refined. Our approach also includes refining and photographing the work, enabling students to present their projects in a professional way. We work across various mediums, including 2D, 3D, and digital, allowing students to experiment and express their creativity in different forms.
In addition to portfolio development, we offer students the opportunity to work on passion projects, where they can create meaningful work based on what excites and inspires them. These projects encourage self-expression and allow students to delve deeper into their interests.
We offer a wide range of hobby classes, from drawing, sketching, and painting to more hands-on crafts like pottery, block printing, textile art, 3D model making, and so much more! Whether you’re looking to explore art for fun or to develop new skills, our classes cater to all levels and interests.
Our crash courses cover a broad spectrum of versatile topics, providing quick, immersive learning experiences for students looking to expand their knowledge. Additionally, our skill-building program offers assignments, projects, and activities from various courses, helping students better understand their interests, strengths, and areas for growth. With We-Learn, students gain the tools to explore their creativity, build their portfolios, and discover their true artistic potential.
Mission & Vision
We-Learn offers a collaborative learning space for all, bearing no age constraints. It offers an agile atmosphere for the learners to experience learning through individual, group and blended settings. We-Learners engage themselves through a real time experience through context, content and concept learning. We-Learn strives to support every learner to be environment conscious and be aware of ones and others emotional well-being. We-Learn encourages every learner to experience joy through learning and sharing.
Our Founder
Neha Pandit
My background of business, education and art was the driving force and inspiration for the inception of We Learn. My formal education of Fine Arts (Metal Craft, ceramics, textiles, and printing) along with 15 years of experience in interiors, styling, visual merchandising, fashion and accessories helped me to have a complete overview of all the art streams and the professions aligned with them.
 My second half of professional journey was in education, where I primarily worked to bring in an international art curriculum to the learners and then progressed to a more academic focused area of working in International Schools and imbibing the pedagogies and merging the best of both the world. I am also professionally trained as a life coach and a career counselor.
Being an educator plays a very important role as being a role model who can shape the future of the decades to come. My experience working in teams and also autonomously brings me a well-rounded experience in human relations.
